Collection and Procedure
Package includes collection tube with buffer, snap-tip cap, and attached sampler.
Specimen is feces, and can be collected from the toilet, toilet paper, or caught in a clean cup.
Unscrew Cap
Pierce speciment in at least 5 different sites.
Interpretation of Results
Run Time:
Average time it takes for a result to appear.
Read Time:
Period where test will be read and results interpreted. It is critical that test be read during this window.
Note: After 10 minutes
the results are expired!
Positive:
Both a control line and a test line are present. Indicates the specimen contains more than 50ng/ml of hHB.
Negative:
Only a control line is present. Indicates the specimen contains less than 50ng/ml hHB
Invalid:
There are no lines, or only a test line. If no control line is visible at all, regardless if there is a test line or not, the test must be repeated using a different device.
